Hilton Honors Homepage
The project: Hilton Honors is the loyalty program all Hilton guests know and love. The problem is the program is super complicated, and users had to go on a scavenger hunt to find out all the benefits of joining.
My role: I worked with the Honors brand team to determine the most relevant content for non-members, talked to users to see what mattered most to them, and partnered with my designer and UXA to do the content design and copywriting for this page.
