Hilton.com

Hilton’s website is a constantly evolving digital product that represents 18 brands and 6,000 properties. It's a giant distribution channel and a trusted touchpoint for Hilton's customers. Needless to say, this is an ongoing multi-year project.

Our team’s strategy was to use our years of user research and customer insights to take a user-first approach, focusing on solving their biggest hurdles first. Our users’ feedback dictated how and what we designed.

Expect Better. Expect Hilton.

The project: We created a landing page for Hilton’s “Expect better” campaign, featuring Anna Kendrick. Our goals were to introduce Anna and highlight the benefits of booking your stay through Hilton.com.

My role: I partnered with the marketing department to develop a creative brief, then worked with my design and UX partners to organize the content, create a wireframe, and write copy for the page.
